Helpful free technical support
We have a simple approach to service. If our software doesn't work the way it is supposed to, we'll fix it. If you are not sure how to do something, we'll give you a helpful answer within 24 hours, usually in far less time than that.
Because we don't charge for technical support, there is a strong motivation for us to get our software working right. That makes us stand out from the crowd.

Scott McDonald Personal Computer Services has been successfully creating software for teachers and schools for over 30 years. Our goal is to make easy to use and affordable software. We welcome your feedback and comments about our software and this website.
SMPCS is owned by Susan McDonald B.Sc, Dip. Ed who is a graduate of The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science and Pure Mathematics. Susan is also qualified as a teacher graduating from Sydney College of Advanced Education with a Diploma in Education (Secondary).
